Alliance Air Aviation Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of
AI Assets Holding Limited, is looking for smart, young and energetic “Unmarried
/ Married” Females & Males, Indian Nationals for its immediate requirement
of Cabin Crew on Fixed Term Engagement, for an initial period of five years in
various regions as per operational requirement. Wait list of candidates for
future requirement shall be made.
Candidates have to apply for TWO PREFFERED BASES ONLY. Final
base allocation will be done as per company / operational requirement.

| B. MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: | ||
| 10+2 from a recognized Board/University. Candidates having three years Degree / Diploma Holder in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a Government recognized Institute will be given preference. | ||
| Experienced Cabin Crew holding recency in licence in a Commercial Airline with 1 year as a Sr. Cabin Crew will be preferred | ||

| Note: Please note that candidates, who have undergone Lasik surgery for correction of eyesight, will be considered provided they have undergone surgery prior to six months of the date of eligibility criteria | ||
| General Conditions: | ||
| 1. Eligible Female candidates will be required to appear for Personality Assessment test (PAT) in “SAREE” and male candidates in formal attire | ||
| 2. Online Application Forms of the candidates would be scrutinized and prima facie eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for further process . Please also note that the candidature is purely provisional and the candidates being allowed to appear for process,does not in any way establish their eligibility for the post.If on screening of their applications/documents ,it is found that they do not possess the laid down qualification /experience/stipulated eligibility criteria (including physical standards),their candidature is liable to be rejected at any stage, without entering in to any correspondence with the candidates in the matter. | ||
| 3. Eligible candidates would be required to bring photocopies of testimonials in support of their date of birth,qualification,experience,caste,Medical Certificate’s Demand Drafts and also domicile proof (if claiming relaxation in height) along with ORIGINALS at the time of appearing for Personality Assessment test (PAT). | ||
| 4. At the time of Personality Assessment test (PAT),Candidates will be required to bring two POST-CARD size FULL LENGTH photographs (one –Front View and another –Side View ).The dress code prescribed for these photographs is SAREE for female candidates and formal attire for Male candidates | ||
| 5. Candidates belonging to OBC category ,the category certificate should be in the prescribed format including the “Non –Creamy layer clause” issued by the Competent Authority for employment under Government of India and should be as per the Central list of OBC’s published by Government of India. Please also note that the validity of “Non - Creamy layer”Certificate should not be older than 06 (Six) months from the date of eligibility criteria. | ||
| 6. For the process of Personality Assessment test (PAT),candidates may require to stay back for a day or two at their own expenses, if required .No reimbursement shall be made in this regard | ||
| 7. Candidates belonging to schedule caste / scheduled tribe categories will not be entitled for reimbursement for appearing for the process of Personality Assessment test (PAT). | ||
| 8. In Pre –Engagement Medical Examination ,if it is found that the candidate does not fulfill the medical standards of the Company (including height,BMI & vision) as prescribed for the post,his/her candidature will be rejected automatically without entering into any correspondence in the matter | ||
| 9. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted and called for Personality Assessment test (PAT) at different bases. | ||
| 10. Venue of shortlisted candidates will be informed 10 days prior for Personality Assessment test (PAT). | ||
| How to Apply | ||

| Before applying ONLINE, please ensure that you are ready with the following documents/information:- | ||
| 1. A valid e-mail ID | ||
| 2. A DIGITAL/SCANNED Passport-size Photograph (Size 10 KB to 35 KB ONLY) in JPG/JPEG format | ||
| 3. A Medical Certificate from a MBBS Doctor stating therein Height in Centimeters (cms), Weight in Kilograms (Kgs) and Body Mass Index (BMI) Vision and Colour Vision (Colour Blindness). The details with regard to Physical Standards, Doctor’s name & Registration Number of the Doctor will be required while filling the Online Application Form. Candidates will be required to bring the said Medical Certificate in original at the time of appearing for Selection Process. A Format of Medical Certificate is also available on this Website for facilitation of the candidates. (APPLICABLE TO TRAINEE CABIN CREW ONLY). Medical should be issued by the Doctor between 07.06.2022 to 27.06.2022. | ||
| 4. Candidates ,using contact lenses will be required to bring a Certificate from an Ophthalmologist indicating therein the power of lenses as the same will be required while filling the Online Application Form.Candidates, who have undergone lasik surgery for correction of eyesight,will be required to bring a Certificate from an Opthalmologist /supporting documents indicating therein the date on which ,they have undergone for lasik surgery as the same will be required while filling the Online Application Form.Such candidates will be required to bring the said Medical Certificates in original at the time of appearing for Personality Assessment test (PAT). | ||
| 5. A non-refundable Demand Draft for Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) in favour of ALLIANCE AIR AVIATION LIMITED, payable at Delhi. | ||
| Candidates would be required to fill the details of Demand Draft online and submit the same at the time of Selection Exercise (Not applicable for SC/ST candidates). | ||
| 6. For SC/ST/OBC candidates only-Caste Certificate details –such as date of issuance and issuing authority .(Candidates belonging to OBC categories must be in possession of caste certificate in the prescribed proforma issued by the appropriate authority for Central Government employment) | ||
| Note: All correspondence would be made ONLINE with the candidates. Eligible candidates would be required to bring photocopies of testimonials in support of their Date of Birth, Qualification, Experience, Caste and Medical Certificate(s) along with Originals. Candidates would also be required to bring Demand Draft (if applicable) & domicile proof (if claiming relaxation in height) at the time of appearing for selection exercise. | ||
| 7. Candidates belonging to EWS category must be in possession of Income and Assets Certificate as per proforma attached. | ||
| 8. Candidates ,who fulfill the above eligibility criteria and are employed in Government /Semi Government /Public Sector Undertakings, may also apply Online. Such candidates will be required to bring a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of appearing for Personality Assessment test (PAT). | ||

Training:
Selected Candidates will be imparted training at Delhi or at
any other place decided by the Company and will be required to obtain necessary
DGCA approval on Alliance Air fleet as decided by the Management from time to
time. During training base allocated will be Delhi only
Bank
Guarantee (Security Deposit) & Uniform / Trianing material etc:
Before joining training, candidates will be required to
submit a Bank Guarantee from a Nationalized Bank in favour of Alliance Air
Aviation Limited for an amount of Rs 1,05,000/- (Rupees one lakh five thousand
only ) for a period of five years as Security deposit. In addition ,candidates
will also be required to deposit an amount of Rs 15000/ - (Rupees Fifteen
Thousand only) in cash /Demand Draft towards Uniform / Training Material etc
for a period of 05 years. In the case ,the candidate leaves the Company or
his/her services are terminated for any reason ,the Bank Guarantee shall be
invoked and the amount of uniform/training material will be forfeited by
Alliance Air Aviation Limited .in case of completion of 05 years Fixed Term
Contract successfully ,the said Bank Guarantee will be released by Alliance Air
Aviation Limited and the amount of uniform/training material etc will be
refunded to the candidates. No interest will however, be payable on the
Security Deposit.
In case of non-completion of Ab-intio training, Bank
Guarantee of Rs. 1,05,000 /- (Rupees one lakh five thousand only ) as Security
Deposit and Amount of Rs. 15,000 /- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) towards
Uniform / Training Material etc will be forfeited by Alliance Air Aviation
Limited..
Period of Fixed Term Engagement:
Candidates will be engaged on a Fixed Term Employment
Agreement initially for a period of five years, which is extendable subject to performance
of the Candidate and the Company’s requirement.
Salary and Stipend during Training :
During the period of training, the candidates will be given a
stipend of Rs.15,000/-per month
After successful completion of the training ,candidates may
initially draw Rs 39,475/- per month (under revision).The above salary includes
Fixed pay of Rs 16,725/- and Rs 22750/- as Flying Allowance for 70 hours of
flying in a month.
In case of flying for more/less than 70 hours in a month ,the
above Flying Allowance will be increased /decreased ,as the case may be.
During the course or after completion or during extended term
of Fixed Term Employment ,the candidates will not claim for permanent
absorption in Alliance Air or its parent Company
Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature of the
applicant .
